About the Role
A subject matter expert role focused on drafting IT Governance SOPs across strategy, architecture, SDLC, and service management. The position defines SDLC, testing and UAT, release and change procedures, as well as Exporter Portal operations, then refines each draft based on DSI annotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance, IT service management, or enterprise architecture.
- Command of COBIT 2019, ITIL 4 (change, release, service level), SDLC/DevSecOps, and SIT and UAT.
- Experience preparing IT strategy/roadmaps, architecture standards, and IT performance measurement.
- Accustomed to preparing SOPs.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS, COBIT 2019 Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, or TOGAF certification is a plus.
