About the Role
A subject matter expert role focused on drafting Data Governance SOPs across governance, stewardship, data quality, and privacy. The position defines Data Owner and Data Steward roles, establishes RACI, and prepares Critical Data Element and business glossary procedures, then refines each draft based on DSI annotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or data quality, including drafting policies and SOPs.
- Command of DAMA-DMBOK, data stewardship and ownership, data quality, metadata, and business glossary.
- Understanding of Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27/2022, ISO 27701, PIA, and data subject rights.
- Accustomed to preparing SOPs, RACI, and Critical Data Element procedures.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS, CDMP (DAMA), or privacy certification (CIPP/CIPM, ISO 27701 LA) is a plus.
