About the Role
A testing role that designs and executes critical end-to-end journeys across the web portal, APIs and services, AI, and the data platform. The position covers negative, failure, recovery, and reprocessing scenarios, tests parameterized NFRs on critical journeys, and supports UAT defect triage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in functional/integration testing of web applications and APIs, including at least 1 year as a lead or senior QA.
- ISTQB CTFL certification.
- Command of API testing (REST), test case design techniques (equivalence, boundary, state transition), negative/failure/recovery scenarios, and defect reporting.
- Accustomed to Postman, browser devtools, and basic SQL.
- Experience with document workflow applications or B2B portals is a plus.
