About the Role
A subject matter expert role serving as the team's AI focal point, focused on drafting IT Operations, Security, and AI SOPs. The position defines incident and problem, cloud operations, backup and DR, IAM/PAM, and vulnerability and patch management procedures, and prepares AI model lifecycle procedures spanning model inventory, risk and impact assessment, validation, monitoring, retraining, and human oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure/cloud, or cybersecurity, including at least 2 years in AI/machine learning, MLOps, or AI governance.
- Command of cloud operations, backup and DR (ISO 22301), IAM/PAM, vulnerability and patch management, and incident response (NIST SP 800-61).
- Command of AI governance (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894) and the AI model lifecycle/MLOps: validation, deployment, monitoring (drift and performance), and retraining.
- Understanding of AI risk and impact assessment, responsible AI, and third-party/vendor risk.
- Accustomed to preparing technical SOPs.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS, ISO/IEC 42001 (LI/LA), IAPP AIGP, CISSP/CISM, or cloud certification is a plus.
