Frontend / Full Stack Developer Intern

RemoteInternIntern1–6 Months

About the Role

A hands-on internship program for anyone who has learned to code and built tutorial or practice projects but still wonders whether their technical skills are ready for real industry standards. The program is a chance to test those skills directly, learn real-world engineering practice, and build a portfolio from actual production work. Open to active students, fresh graduates, self-taught developers, and career switchers alike — academic status is not a requirement, only a strong commitment to learning and a willingness to take the skill test. Limited to 2–5 participants registering in 2026. Two duration options are available: a 1-month Fast-Track Sprint focused on industry workflow, clean code adaptation, design token implementation, and completing specific modules; or a 2-to-6-month Comprehensive Hands-On Experience with deeper involvement in product architecture, data/API integration, automated testing, and cross-team collaboration. The 2-to-6-month track includes a 3–4 week probation period to assess work rhythm, communication discipline, and technical progress before continuing to the remainder of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Build modern web interfaces on a component-based architecture using Astro, TypeScript, and semantic modern CSS / Design Tokens without hardcoding.
  • Learn to consume REST APIs, manage structured data (JSON / YAML), and integrate with Headless CMS systems.
  • Understand how dynamic sitemap generation, URL routing structures, and web data automation work.
  • Practice a clean Git workflow (Pull Request, Code Review), basic automated testing, and the smart, ethical use of AI tools for coding.
  • Learn to communicate in a structured way with the System Analyst, UI/UX Designer, and senior Engineers.

Requirements

  • Open to active students, fresh graduates, self-taught developers, and career switchers — no academic status requirement.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Interest in or basic understanding of TypeScript or a modern web framework (React / Next.js / Astro / Vue / Svelte).
  • Familiarity with basic Git usage (clone, branch, commit, push, PR).
  • Not afraid of making mistakes, open to code review and constructive criticism.
  • Discipline and time commitment, able to manage time well in a remote environment and consistently meet task commitments.
  • Accustomed to reporting blockers promptly rather than delaying.
  • Willing to complete an independent technical assessment as part of the selection process.
  • Selection process: submit a CV/resume and a GitHub/portfolio link; shortlisted candidates receive a simple case study or technical test to assess reasoning, code tidiness, and readiness to learn, followed by onboarding into the chosen program duration.
  • What participants receive: real work experience on live systems and architecture rather than dummy or to-do-list projects, regular mentorship and code review, an official internship / work experience certificate, and 100% remote flexibility.
