This policy applies to dedicated hosting customers of PT Digital Solusi Grup ("DSG") who have purchased additional IP addresses. By using DSG services, you agree to comply with this policy.
IP ADDRESS USAGE
- All assigned IP addresses are non-portable and may only be used on the server initially approved by DSG.
- IP addresses cannot be transferred to other servers (including other dedicated servers in the DSG data center) without prior approval.
To request an IP transfer:
- Email [email protected] for approval.
- Unauthorized transfers may cause network conflicts or render IPs unusable.
IP UTILIZATION REQUIREMENTS
To ensure efficient use of resources, clients must meet the following thresholds:

| Within 1 Week | Use 60% of assigned IPs (grace period for technical issues) | IPs may be revoked if unused. |
| Ongoing | Use 80% of assigned IPs | Unused IPs will be withdrawn. |
| For Additional IP Requests | Use 90% of assigned IPs | No new IPs issued until compliant. |
Example: If assigned 50 IPs, you must:
- Have 30 IPs active ("pingable") within 7 days.
- Maintain 40 IPs in use to avoid revocation.
FEES & JUSTIFICATION
- Clients agree to pay all fees associated with requested IP addresses.
- To request additional IPs, complete the IP Address Justification Form (provided by DSG).
VIOLATIONS & ENFORCEMENT
- Failure to comply may result in:
- Suspension of IP addresses.
- Network restrictions for non-compliant servers.
- DSG reserves the right to audit IP usage at any time.
