About the Role
A finance role responsible for day-to-day cash flow, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation, along with transaction recording, monthly closing, and tax preparation for PPN and PPh. The position ensures that financial and tax administration stays accurate and compliant, and suits a detail-oriented, disciplined professional with experience across the full accounting cycle.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, AP, and AR.
- Record transactions and prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Prepare data and supporting documents for PPN and PPh.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial and tax administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the accounting cycle, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, PPN, and PPh.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF).
- Familiar with accounting software / ERP.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus.
- Experience handling Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or Lazada is a plus.
- Experience with payment gateway reconciliation is a plus.
- Familiar with Coretax and/or Brevet A/B is a plus.
