About the Role
A technical role supporting the Pre-Sales function by turning customer requirements into working solutions. The position executes technical tasks and solution designs based on Pre-Sales direction, prepares the documentation, configurations, and testing a project needs, and takes part in customer-facing activities such as product demos and technical discussions. A good fit for someone who can explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and enjoys working across the Pre-Sales and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Support Pre-Sales in executing technical requirements and solution designs.
- Execute technical tasks and solutions based on Pre-Sales requirements and direction.
- Prepare technical documentation, configurations, and testing based on project needs.
- Assist in product demos, technical testing, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Engineering or related roles.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willing to support customer meetings and pre-sales activities.
