About the Role
An AI testing role that builds ground truth together with DSI business teams and measures OCR and field extraction accuracy by document type. The position analyzes confidence, exceptions, and human review, recommends quality thresholds for go-live, and retests extraction whenever models or rules change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience testing or evaluating machine learning, OCR, or document AI systems.
- Able to build ground truth and annotations, measure precision/recall/F1 per field, analyze exceptions and confidence thresholds, and test non-deterministic systems.
- Accustomed to Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and annotation tools such as Label Studio.
- ISTQB CT-AI certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with contracts, invoices, or trade/export documents is a plus.
