About the Role
A role that designs the UAT approach together with DSI business and BCG, prepares the UAT plan and pack, and briefs business users before testing. The position coordinates UAT execution, defect triage, and retests per release, then produces the results summary and sign-off material for DSI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UAT, business analysis, or functional QA, including coordinating business users.
- ISTQB CTFL certification.
- Able to prepare UAT plans and scenarios from business processes, facilitate users, run defect triage, and prepare sign-off material.
- CBAP/ECBA certification is a plus.
- Experience in the export/trade, contract, or commodity domain is a plus.
