About the Role
A role holding overall accountability for test scope, schedule, and quality across the web portal, AI document intelligence, and data platform. The position builds a risk-based independent test plan, leads the test design phase, aligns test cycles with the November, December, and January releases, and reports quality and risk directly to DSI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing/QA, including at least 2 years leading a test team on enterprise web projects.
- ISTQB CTAL-TM certification or equivalent (CTFL required).
- Command of risk-based test strategy, SIT and test evidence review, defect and release management, and test reporting to client management.
- Accustomed to Jira/Azure DevOps and TestRail/Xray or equivalent.
- PMP or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Experience leading independent QA or UAT at state-owned enterprises or large corporations is a plus.
